What is the difference between ENplus A1 and A2 wood pellets?

ENplus A1 is the premium grade, with ash content up to 0.7% and mechanical durability ≥98% — our A1 batches test at ≤0.2% ash, well inside that limit. ENplus A2 allows ash content up to 1.2% and durability ≥97.5%, suitable for larger residential and light commercial boilers.

What packaging options do you offer?

We supply 15 kg paper bags on shrink-wrapped pallets and 1000 kg big bags (FIBC). See the packaging section for details on each format.

What is the minimum order quantity and which Incoterms do you use?

Minimum order quantity depends on packaging format and destination; typical export shipments are quoted FCA, FOB, or CIF. Contact us with your destination and volume for a tailored quote.

How should wood pellets be stored to keep quality?

Store pellets in a dry, well-ventilated space away from direct moisture. Our pellets are produced with moisture content below 10%, but prolonged exposure to humidity can affect durability and calorific value, so keep bags sealed and off damp floors.

Do you provide a certificate of analysis with each shipment?

Yes, each shipment can be accompanied by a certificate of analysis covering calorific value, moisture, ash content, and mechanical durability, alongside our ENplus certification documents on request.
